The fun doesn't begin and end with private lessons.

Child Play Music School's complete music education goes far beyond the regular private lessons to include Group Lessons, Jam Sessions, Band Rehearsal, Recitals, and Gigs.

 

Private Lessons

Primary Instrument

Students first choose their primary instrument.  Child Play Music School offers specialization in Guitar, and Piano.

 

Group Lessons

 

Secondary Instruments

In addition to private lessons on their primary instrument, Child Play Music Students also get training on a few secondary instruments: Percussion, Melodica, Ukulele, and bass.

 

Jam Sessions

Guitar and Bass Jam

Once your child is ready he/she is invited to our weekend jam sessions, where we jam out to the blues and other popular tunes.

 

Drum Circle

Once your child is ready he/she is invited to our weekend drum circle, where we learn how the many patterns of the many percussion instruments fit together to create rhythmns that really make you want to get up and dance.

 

Classical Gathering

Once your child is ready he/she is invited to our classical conversations, where we take turns sharing our repertoire for each other and learning ensemble music together.

 

Band Rehearsals

 

As students become proficient on their instruments we form bands and get the kids some real gig experience.
